WIPRO It was founded by MOHAMAD PREMJI in 1945 im Mumbai.It was initially set up as a manufacturer of vegetable and refined oils under the trade names of KISAN,CAMEL and SUNFLOWER.The company logo still contains a sunflower to reflect products of original the business.Mr Azim Hasan Premji is now chairman of this company.The company has about 146000 employees in 61 countries.

It is an Indian multinational conglomerate.It was founded Danish engineers taking refuge in India.It is India's largest engineering and construction company.Two Danish engineers Mr Henning Holck Larsen and Soren Kristian Toubro was its co founders.It was founded in 1938.Mr A M NAIK is now executive chairman of this company.

ROBERT WALPOLE He was a British Statesman who is generally regarded as first prime minister of Great Britain.He was not only the first but longest serving prime minister of British history.His premiership is normally dated from 1721 when he became first Lord of the treasury.He died on 18 March 1745.

NELSON MANDELA He was a South African revolutionary,politician and philanthropist who served as president of South Africa from 1994 to 1999.He was a first black to become executive of South Africa.Mr Mandela served 27 years in prison. An international campaign lobbied for his release.Mr Mandela received 1993 NOBEL PEACE PRIZE.He died on 5 December 2013 at the age of 95.

THE PENTAGON--SYMBOL OF AMERICAN PRIDE    THE PENTAGON is the headquarters of the AMERICAN defense department.It is located in ARLINGTON COUNTY,VIRGINIA.It was designed by American architect  George Bergstrom and built by John Mcshain of Philadelfia.It is a large office building which has five sides,five floors above ground,five ring corridors per floor.It includes a five acre central plaza which is shaped like a pentagon and popularly known as GROUND ZERO.This building was dedicated on 15th day of January,1943. On September 11,2001 AMERICAN AIRLINES FLIGHT 77 was hijacked and flown into the western side of building,killing 189 people.
