CALCULATION OF INDIAN RAILWAYS EMPLOYEE BONUS

 METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PRODUCTIVITY LINKED BONUS(PLB) OF INDIAN RAILWAY:-

FIXED BASIC PAY FOR CALCULATION OF BONUS=Rs.7000/month 

Then,Pay of 12 months i.e 365 days =12xRs7000/- =Rs.84000/=

Then pay of 1 day=Rs.84000/365=Rs230.14

Therefore pay of 78 days(as government has declared)=Rs23014 x 78=Rs 17950.92=Rs 17951/=

NOTE;Rs7000/month is fixed basic pay for all non gazetted railway employees for calculation of productivity linked bonus irrespective of emplyee's different basic pay.
