It is found in North America, Asia, and Europe.It lives in forests, open fields, and Mountain Highlands.It eats plant roots,berries,insects,small mammals.and fish.It is shaggy haired and have a hump of muscle on its back between the shoulder.Its coat colour is highly valuable,and ranges from greyish white,blush and brownish shades to almost black.
DURING THE WINTER, FEMALE BROWN BEARS GIVE BIRTH TO THEIR CUBS EVEN WHILE SLEEPING.
