H L DATTU---------SRI Handayala Laxminarayanaswamy Dattu will be the next Chief Justice of India from 28th day of September 2014.At present he is a judge in the Supreme Court of India.He is also a former chief justice of Kerala High Court and Chhatishgarh High Court.He will have a tenure of 14 months.He will be the 42nd CJI of India.
